The behavior of the conductivity sigma, Hall angle tan theta, and thermopow
er S in La2-xSrxCuO4 for 0.03 < x < 0.10 is reported. Crossover to the low-
T localized state, inferred from tan theta occurs at a temperature To that
is comparable to T-charge (inferred from NQR). The Peltier conductivity alp
ha = S sigma obtained from S also shows the crossover. We also briefly disc
uss the in-plane magnetoresistance in the low-doping regime.
