The photoemission spectrum of an ordered stripe array is calculated, includ
ing effects of long-range Coulomb repulsion. For all dopings, the dispersio
n is a superposition of two features, a magnetic stripe band with Mott gap
and a charged stripe band with prominent superlattice minigaps, particularl
y one near the Fermi level E-F These two gaps resemble the experimental pho
toemission spectra of La2-xSrxCuO4 and Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+delta, which are modif
ied by increasing stripe fluctuations.
