Abstract
Structural and transport properties of (Bi2Sr2CuO6+delta)(m)/(CaCUO2)(n) su perconducting multilayers, obtained by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) alterna tely stacking m layers of Bi2Sr2CuO6+delta with n layers of CaCuO2, have be en studied. Resistivity measurements and I-V characteristics in perpendicul ar and parallel magnetic fields have allowed to estimate the anisotropy par ameter which results very low with respect most of the high temperature sup erconductors.
