Abstract
It has been found that the high-energy He-ion irradiation effect on the upp er critical magnetic field H-c2(T) of YBaCuO and NdCeCuO epitaxial films is the same as the result of variations of oxygen content or ratio Nd/Ce. In all these cases the effect of the electron scattering change on the resisti vity and the H-c2 is not significant in comparison with a dramatic change o f the electron structure.
