Abstract
We present a study of the thermoelectric coefficient LO of polycrystalline Ag-doped BSCCO superconducting samples. Polycrystalline samples of nominal composition (Bi1.6Pb0.4)Sr2Ca2(Cu1-xAgx) (3)O10+delta and (Bi1.6Pb0.4)Sr2Ca3(Cu(1-x)Agx)(4)O12+delta with 0 less tha n or equal to x0.1 were analyzed. For low level doping (0 less than or equa l tox less than or equal to0.005) the experimental results suggest that in the mean field region, L(T) be not affected by thermodynamic fluctuations o f the superconducting order parameter (OPF).
