Fluctuation-induced magnetoconductivity is studied on Bi(2223) phase. The G
aussian approximation drastically underestimates the negative fluctuation m
agnetoconductance in the temperature range of 20 K above the critical tempe
rature Taking into account the critical fluctuation contribution on the bas
e of self-consistent Hartree approximation it is possible to explain quanti
tatively the data in terms of Aslamazov-Larkin contribution only.
