Excess conductivities of superconducting Hg-1223 thin films irradiated with
proton particles at various doses and of unirradiated ones have been studi
ed from the data of resistivity versus temperature. The superconductivity f
luctuation contributions to the transport properties of the superconducting
Hg-1223 thin films are calculated and compared. The logarithmic plots of e
xcess conductivity and reduced temperatures (T-T-c)/T-c reveal two crossove
r temperatures with three exponents. Except for the unirradiated sample, wh
ich shows a distinct cross-over from 2D to 3D conductivity, all the irradia
ted samples fit only the 2D Aslamazov-Larkin (AL) equation above the cross-
over temperature.
