In-plane voltage response has been measured in Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+delta single c
rystal using a Corbino disk contact configuration. Strong transverse vortex
velocity correlation as well as pronounced non-Ohmic behavior and surface
barriers dominated vortex motion was found at B<1T in the low temperature p
art of the vortex liquid state while at higher temperatures voltage respons
e of the vortex liquid is local and linear and is not affected by the surfa
ce barriers. This result suggests that the vortex liquid state in Bi2Sr2CaC
u2O8+<delta> single crystal is subdivided in two separate phases with diffe
rent degree of transverse vortex correlation.
