Abstract
Sintered oxygen-poor YBCO samples have been oxygenated at room temperature using mus pulsed electrolysis in aqueous solutions. An increase of supercon ducting properties has been found by the measurement of the higher harmonic of ac susceptibility. Using the solution of the non-linear magnetic diffus ion equation, quantitative values of the pinning potential, U-p, and the cr itical current, J(c), near Tc have been determined.
