Abstract
The J-E characteristics were measured for YBa2Cu3O7-delta thin films in a l arge range of temperatures near the superconducting transition temperature and in high magnetic field up to 14 Teslas. The nonlinear J-E curves show s caling behavior near the vortex-glass transition and the critical exponents are extracted.
