Abstract
Phenomenon of the pseudogap is caused by an intrinsic inhomogeneity and the dependence T-c(r). Set of superconducting islands (at T>T-c(res)) manifest s itself in peculiar magnetic properties as well as in spectroscopy (pseudo gap).
