Growth of Eu1.4Ce0.6NbSr2Cu2O10-delta (Nb-2122) Single crystals has been in
vestigated. The crystals were grown from excess CuO flux by a slow cooling
technique. The crystallization temperature of Nb-2122 compound was determin
ed from DTA to be 1033 degreesC. Laue and powder X-ray diffraction studies
confirm the single crystallinity and tetragonal structure of the crystals r
espectively. The morphologies of the crystals were analysed by SEM.
