Abstract
The polarization fields of a relativistic particle moving in a homogeneous medium are calculated. The results are illustrated by graphs that show the behavior of the electric and magnetic fields in the reference frame comovin g with the particle. The behavior of the fields at large distances from the particle is analyzed. (C) 2000 MAIK "Nauka/Interperiodica".
