Abstract
The boundary conditions for the fluid-dynamic equations on an interface of a gas and its condensed phase derived by an asymptotic analysis of the Bolt zmann equation are considered. Some general relations satisfied by the cond itions and their application showing a fundamental property of a flow accom panying evaporation and condensation are presented.
