Abstract
We develop the Potential Theory on the set N-* of all natural numbers great er than or equal to2 associated with the kernel V (resp. V-*) given by Vf(x) = op\sum\limits(opp prime\limitsp|x) f(x/p), \qquad V-\ast f(x) = op\ sum\limits(p prime) f(xp). We study the extremal elements in the set of all V-supermedian (resp. V-*-s upermedian) functions and the Martin boundary of the set N-* associated wit h V and V-*.
