Tg. Kulagina et al., The thermodynamic properties of ethylenediaminedisuccinic acid monohydratein the temperature range 0-330 K, RUSS J PH C, 74(12), 2000, pp. 1937-1941
The temperature dependence of the heat capacity of ethylenediaminedisuccini
c acid monohydrate was measured with the use of an adiabatic vacuum calorim
eter at 13-330 K with an error of 0.2%. The results were used to calculate
the H degrees (T) - H degrees (0), S degrees (T), and G degrees (T) - H deg
rees (0) thermodynamic functions in the temperature range 0-330 K and the s
tandard thermochemical parameters of substance formation Delta fH degrees,
Delta S-f degrees, and Delta (f)G degrees at 298.15 K. The experimental C(p
)degrees heat capacities of ethylenediaminedisuccinic acid monohydrate were
used to calculate the isochoric heat capacity C-v and its components, the
lattice (C-v,C-lat) and atomic (C-v,C-at) contributions, at 0-330 K. In the
same temperature range, the gamma = C(p)degrees /C-v ratio was estimated.
