Abstract
The problem of determination of the temperature dependence of the second vi
rial coefficient and assessment of the third virial coefficient was conside
red for the example of gaseous SiF4. It was shown that the results obtained
with a rectangular-well pair potential are in close agreement with the ava
ilable experimental data.
