Abstract
Unilateral cervical dislocations are less common and have fewer accompanyin g neurological complications than bilateral. A case of unilateral rotationa l dislocated facet has been described. Postoperatively, all deficts were im proved. According to the literature, the diagnosis of this entity is often missed and the treatment is controversial.
