Abstract
2-beta -D-Ribofuranosylimidazole-4-carboxamide, an imidazole analogue of th e antitumor agent tiazofurin, was synthesized and evaluated for the growth inhibitory activity of human myelogenous leukemia K562 cells. (C) 2000 Else vier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
