Abstract
On-line preconcentration was used to get better UV detection limits in capi llary electrophoresis. The sweeping effect in micellar electrokinetic chrom atography was used to detect trace amounts of the biologically active group of anthracyclines in model samples. The improved sweeping preconcentration technique provides for excellent detection limits decreasing down to conce ntration 10(-9) mol.l(-1).
