Abstract
Basic spectrochemical properties of radiofrequency plasma jet, a new plasma source, were studied. The plasma jet construction provided for stability o f discharge. The behaviour of discharge in dependence on the plasma gas flo w and the generator energy output was studied. Spectra of selected elements and their calibration dependence were studied with two generators (27.12 a nd 13.56 MHz).
