Concomitant human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection and sarcoidosis is
rare. Sarcoidlike reactions could belong to the "highly active antiretrovi
ral therapy (HAART)-induced immune restitution syndrom." We report a case o

e discuss possible mechanisms.
