Abstract
Profound technological advances in the drug discovery process have led to t he identification of an increasingly large number of promising compounds at the hits-to-leads stage. Higher-throughput pharmacokinetic screens have th erefore been developed to enhance the tractability of selected leads and mi nimize the risk of failure in the later stages of drug development.
