Abstract
A relaxer ferroelectric ceramic system of xPb(Mg1/2W1/2)O-3-0.35PbTiO(3)-(0 .65-x)Pb(N1/3N2/3)O-3 has been investigated with regard to its dielectric p roperties and DC bias characteristics. The results have shown that the maxi mum dielectric constant decreases and the Curie temperature shifts to a low er temperature with the increase of PMW content. The PMW content markedly i nfluences the DC bias characteristics of the system.
