Results of phase diagram investigations and electronic properties stud
ies are presented of TiTe2 that was electrochemically intercalated by
silver. The in plane ordering of the silver atoms is supposed as a cau
se of the single phase regions occurring around the Ag0.5+deltaTiTe2 a
nd Ag0.75-deltaTiTe2 compounds. The temperature and concentration depe
ndences of the DC conductivity and the Seebeck coefficient are explain
