Pb. Holst et al., In vivo incorporation of radioactive Cl-36, a method for monitoring chlorocompounds in biological material, J CHROMAT A, 903(1-2), 2000, pp. 267-270
A new method for fast and easy monitoring of the presence, isolation, and s
eparation of natural chloro compounds in plants is described. The method re
lies on the in vivo incorporation of radioactive Cl-36 and new enhancement
methods in autoradiographic technology. The method allows the time of expos
ure to be Limited to 4 days and is thus suitable for routine purposes. (C)
