Abstract
A new method for fast and easy monitoring of the presence, isolation, and s eparation of natural chloro compounds in plants is described. The method re lies on the in vivo incorporation of radioactive Cl-36 and new enhancement methods in autoradiographic technology. The method allows the time of expos ure to be Limited to 4 days and is thus suitable for routine purposes. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
