Hindered amine stabilizers investigated by the use of packed capillary temperature programmed liquid chromatography II: Poly-(N-beta-hydroxyethyl-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-hydroxypiperidyl succinate)

Three different trademark products of a hindered amine stabilizer with the IUPAC name poly-(N-beta -hydroxyethyl-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-hydroxypiperidy l succinate), have been analyzed and compared to each other by the use of p acked capillary temperature programmed liquid chromatography and light scat tering detection. The analysis by this method has shown that the products c ontained approximately 50 different homologues and/or other components.
