Abstract
We studied serial lung function in 11 patients with bronchiolitis obliteran s syndrome who were treated with tacrolimus conversion following lung or he art-lung transplantation. Our results show that tacrolimus conversion slows the decline of lung function in bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome. The att enuation continues for at least 1 year following conversion.
