Abstract
The Post Coronary Artery Bypass Graft trial is an important milestone that documents the benefit of treating hypercholesterolemia in patient s with severe coronary atherosclerosis who have had bypass surgery. tn the present article, we highlight the rationale, study design, and re sults of the Post-CABG study, which was recently published in the New England Journal of Medicine.
