A calculation is performed of the imaginary part of the electron magnetic s
usceptibility, as function of energy and momentum in the vicinity of the ma
ximum of the inelastic neutron scattering. Compared to the previous calcula
tion a slight bending of the energy bands in the vicinity of extended saddl
e point singularities is taken into account. It is shown that this simple p
icture fits qualitatively the recently observed experimental data on the fi
ne structure in momentum space of the inelastic neutron scattering cross se
ction in the vicinity of the maximum at different energies.
