Abstract
In this case report, we discuss a fetus at 18 weeks' gestation, in whom an ultrasound scan showed low set ears and agnathia. The level of unconjugated estriol in the maternal serum was undetectable. The pregnancy was terminat ed and a postmortem showed that the fetus was suffering from otocephaly syn drome.
