Abstract
The preparation and characterization of films based on ethoxylated and acrylated triethanolamine or epsilon-aminecaprolactam or acrylated bl ock copolymer of ethylene oxide (EO) and propylene oxide (PO) are desc ribed. Chemical characterization of films and migration of the plastic izers through the films were monitored with electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis. The (EO)(x)(PO)(y)(EO)(x)-3A film was shown to be u nique in the sense that it efficiently prevents migration of hydrophob ic species. (C) 1997 by John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
