Abstract
It's the case of a Senegalese man who presents a chronic rebel diarrhe a with alteration of the general condition and a malabsorption. The ae tiologic management has been very difficult to achieve after we have e liminated the infectious and parasitological causes. The clinical and epidemiological context with the histopathological arguments allowed u s to establish the diagnosis of intestinal tuberculosis.
