Abstract
The authors described a technique of rapidly reestablishing a pneumoperiton eum after laparoscopically assisted surgery by pulling up and clamping the edge of the wound protector. Our laparoscopic assisted surgical technique f or the digestive tract is useful and easy to perform without using special devices.
