Abstract
New types of amphiphilic polysiloxane diblock copolymers containing a pure polysiloxane backbone were prepared by the functionalization of poly(dimeth ylsiloxane)-block-poly(methylvinylsiloxane) copolymers, synthesized by 'liv ing' anionic ring opening polymerisation of 1,3,5,7-tetramethyl-1,3,5,7-tet ravinylcyclotetrasiloxane (D-4(v)) and hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane (D-3).
