Abstract
The subcarrier multiplexing of three 156Mbit/s binary phase-shift keyed sig nals is demonstrated at the 60GHz millimetre-wave via the two-mode injectio n-locking and direct modulation of a Fabry-Perot laser. The influence of th e third-order distortion caused by the multi-tone modulation of the laser i s also investigated.
