Abstract
The dynamics of the production-destruction process, the accumulation of soi l organic matter, and changes in the properties of plowed gray forest soils have been studied in a long-term experiment on a sown meadow. The regulari ties and ecological peculiarities of phytomass formation and net primary pr oduction are analyzed.
