Abstract
We discuss spectral and resonance properties of exactly solvable Dirac Hami ltonians corresponding to a surface delta and delta' interactions. First, w e study spectral properties for delta -sphere and delta'-sphere models. Nex t, we analyze the resonance phenomena for the same models with specific bou ndary conditions.
