Abstract
The physical regularities observed in the scattering of radiation at the lo ng-wavelength edge of the ultraviolet absorption band of the real atmospher e of the Earth at different degrees of atmospheric turbidity are discussed, and a technique for the mathematical modeling of the spatial-spectral vari ations of the effective scattering function under such conditions is invest igated.
