Transthoracic echocardiography was the only imaging technique that clearly demonstrated h er anomaly. The results of magnetic resonance and selective coronary angiog raphic imaging were inconclusive. Surgical intervention was successfully pe rformed on the basis of the echocardiographic diagnosis.
