Abstract
An antenna effect of the Frechet type poly(benzyl ether) dendron gives a re
markable sensitized fluorescence of lanthanide cation within the lanthanide
-cored carboxylate dendrimer complexes. The branching position on the focal
aromatic ring showed a remarkable influence on the sensitization, regardle
ss of the generation of the dendron. The focal 3,4-dioxybenzoate structure
was found to be suitable for the fluorescence of Tb3+ core.
