Isolation of the left innominate artery arising from the ductus arteriosus
is a rare clinical entity with only nine cases being reported in the litera
ture [5, 7, 8]. We describe a case consisting of tetralogy of Fallot, right
aortic arch, and isolation of the left innominate artery arising from a le
ft-sided ductus arteriosus which, to the best of our knowledge, has not bee
