Abstract
Training programs will continue to change to meet the needs of consumers of school psychological services in the 21st Century. This article provides i nformation about the factors influencing the preparation of school psycholo gists whose roles and functions must change to meet these needs. Emphasis i s on the overall context of training, the most influential factors on train ing, and the anticipated changes and challenges in the 21st Century.
