World pictures, soc ial portrait of Red Army men in 1920s" delves into archival findings of soc iologically relevant materials demonstrating real dimensions of Red Army me n of the 1920s regarding their outlook and social aspirations. Contemporary published sources characterizing mentality of the then soldiers are used f or the purposes of the study as well.
