EFFECT OF DIFFERENT MICROBIAL CARBOHYDRAS ES IN ITS COMBINATION OF PREPARATION AND APPLICATION RATE ON CONTENTS OF N-CORRECTED METABOLIZABLE ENERGY OF DRIED PEAS (PISUM-SATIVUM L) ON BROILER-CHICKS

The effect of enzyme supplementation (alpha-galactosidase, multienzyme
preparation) was estimated in the combination of preparation and appl
ication rate on AME(N) contents of two white flowering peas varieties
(Solara - green hulls; Katrin - yellow hulls) on broiler chicks in dir
ect trials. Peas varieties differed in contents of crude protein and s
tarch, but were similar in gross energy contents. Addition of only alp
ha-galactosidase and even only multienzyme preparation induced only sm
all increase in AME(N) contents of about 1-2 percentage points. Combin
ation of both preparations, ho Never, resulted in significant improvem
ents of about 2-4 percentage points. There was a significant effect of
varieties over all treatments. The yellow hulled variety was signific
antly higher as green hulled (12,57 vs. 12,34 MJ/kg DM).
