Abstract
The purpose of this study was to evaluate, in Kaposi's sarcoma patients, th e correlation between antibody titers to the lytic antigens of human herpes virus 8, as assessed by immunofluorescence assay, and values obtained by an enzyme immunoassay. The methods showed a stringent correlation, r = 0.625 (P < 0.001).
