Abstract
Performing the proximal anastomosis of a free arterial graft to the ascendi ng aorta is problematic, especially if the wall of the aorta is calcified o r thickened. We describe a method, which makes it possible to avoid this pr ocedure. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
