Abstract
In-vitro migratory behaviour of chicken T and B lymphocytes, and effect of certain physicochemical factors and antigen activated lymphocyte culture su pernatant, were discussed. B cells migrated better than that of cells under the influence of lymphocyte culture supernatant. Low pH inhibited T and B lymphocyte migration. T lymphocytes exhibited random mobility compared to B cells.
