In this paper, a controlling circuit is proposed for the management of char
ge pump circuits. This is achieved with the use of a pattern generator and
a feedback circuit so that the produced high voltage of any given charge pu
mp to be tuned to the desired specifications. The output of the pump genera
tes the required high-voltage pattern independently of its load, the temper
ature variations and the frequency of the clock, while it is operating towa
