Abstract
We report here a rare differentiation of an embryonal carcinoma of the testis to a peripheral neurectodermal tumor (PNET) with lymphnodes an d lung metastases. In the present case a complete remission was obtain ed by a PNET oriented chemotherapy combination followed by 2 courses o f classical BEP.
